For teenagers and adults, esf Les Carroz offers competition courses with, at the end of the courses, the passage of two competitions: the Flèche and the Chamois. 
ADVISED PASS: Grand-massif. 

  • THE FLÈCHE: The event is a giant slalom with between 25 and 35 gates and a vertical drop of 200 to 250 m. La Flèche takes place on Thursday morning. 
  • THE CHAMOIS: The event is a special slalom comprising between 30 and 40 gates and a difference in altitude of 120 to 200 m. This event takes place on Friday morning.
